Once delivery has occurred, refund requests related to the use of the product or the consumption of the service will not be accepted.

In case of disputes, Sportit reserves the right to provide all necessary evidence, including communications and receipts, to prove the legitimacy of the transaction.

2. Products/services offered

Premise: always consult the websites of ski resorts and service provider partners to find out about opening and closing dates and times.

Products offered by Snowit can only be used during the 2024/2025 winter season, by May 31, 2025.

Sportit Srl cannot be equally held liable for voluntary and / or accidental damage to property and / or people, following the purchase of products sold through the Snowit marketplace (intended as a Site and App).

2.1. Skipass

At the time of purchase of the ski pass product, the conditions imposed by the Snowit ski resort partners – where specified by the ski resort itself – and the insurance conditions – in the case of purchase of the insurance service are considered read, understood and accepted.

The companies managing the facilities are responsible for the infrastructure and access to the ski areas, while the purchase of tickets through Snowit, including the technology for access to the turnstiles, is managed by Sportit, which handles the service during and after the purchase. The information regarding schedules and station logistics is provided for informational purposes only.

In the event of a partial closure of the ski area, no compensation or refund will be provided for the unused amount. In the event of a total closure, Snowit will communicate the compensation methods within 48 hours of the ticket’s validity date, in accordance with the ticketing regulations of partner ski resorts. It is specified that, in the absence of direct communication via email from Snowit Support, no compensation will be provided.

Conditions of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for ski passes cannot be exercised, therefore all ski pass tickets purchased on the Snowit platform are non-refundable. Please refer to the general conditions of each Snowit ski resort partner for cases relating to the closure of the lifts and / or other specific conditions.

Attention: Please note that for international ski passes (e.g., La Thuile + La Rosière or Cervinia + Zermatt), the first daily access at the turnstile must be made on Italian territory. For the terms of sale of OPEN daily ski passes with open dates, where applicable, please refer to the conditions specified for each product. Please remember that ski passes must always be used within the season in which they were purchased.

Access at reduced rates (baby-junior-teen-senior)

To access reduced rates (BABY-JUNIOR-TEEN-SENIOR) it is necessary to enter the correct user identity documents in the appropriate section when registering the Snowitcard. In this way, the ski pass becomes personal and non-transferable to third parties.
Document validation is done through an external service that allows you to verify entitlement to the selected reduced fare.

It should also be remembered that checks are carried out by the employees of the ski resorts. In the event of fraud or improper use, the user risks incurring financial penalties provided for by each ski resort and / or legal action. The inspectors may request the presentation of any document to justify the reduced rates granted to the ski pass holder. If the customer refuses or is unable to justify their identity, the controller can block and withdraw the ski pass and proceed to impose the penalties provided.

2.2. Ski pass presale

Snowit, through its marketplace, reserves the right to sell daily skipasses at promotional prices in “pre-sale” mode.

At the time of purchase of the ski pass pre-sales product, the conditions imposed by the Snowit ski resort partners are considered accepted.

Conditions of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for ski passes that have not been redeemed or not used after redemption is not exercisable.

2.3. PowerPass – Snowitflex

Terms of use

  • The PowerPass subscription must be loaded exclusively onto an eight-digit Snowit card, whether new or previously used for ski passes. The Snowit card is intended for personal use and is not transferable to other users. Once the subscription is activated, the card will be bound to the PowerPass “pay-per-use” mode, allowing only payment for single use and preventing the loading of daily or multi-day ski passes.
  • The purchase of the PowerPass subscription entails an automatic charge of the specified amount at the time of purchase. In the case of an active subscription, a recurring automatic charge of the same amount is applied for each season. The annual renewal is set for the month of July, regardless of the subscription’s start date. For example, subscribing in September or January makes no difference.
  • The PowerPass subscription is valid exclusively at the ski resorts listed in the “PowerPass Locations” section of the website.
  • For ski resorts or regions that apply this measure, a spending threshold is set, beyond which the user is not required to pay for additional access to the ski lifts. This limit applies to the individual resort once the respective threshold is reached, or to the entire region if the regional threshold is reached. The resorts where the specific threshold is active are Bormio, Santa Caterina, Pontedilegno-Tonale, and Livigno. For more details on the thresholds and the Pay per Use product, please refer to the dedicated “Powerpass” page.

Conditions of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for the PowerPass subscription product is not exercisable during the first year of validity. However, the customer can cancel the PowerPass subscription independently and at any time directly from their account by visiting the “My Subscriptions” section. By following the guided procedure on the support page “How can I change the payment method or stop the automatic renewal of the subscription?”

Important Note: Even after canceling the automatic renewal of the subscription, the Snowit card remains restricted to the “pay-per-use” mode only, and it will not be possible to load daily or multi-day ski passes onto it.

By reactivating the subscription, it can only be used again in PowerPass mode.

The modification of the card is not allowed; in case of loss or malfunction, please contact our support through the following form > PowerPass Subscriptions, specifying the request.

Before subscribing to the policy, carefully read the information set. Adding the insurance is the responsibility of the user, who can always select it during the purchase process.

At the time of subscription, the user declares to have reviewed the pre-contractual and contractual documentation, the information set, and to wish to adhere to the Snowcare insurance contract.
